In an effort to facilitate a consistent and predictable worldwide practice on environmental liability and natural resource management issues, the Group works with a broad set of private and public sector partners, including business and industry associations, financial institutions, insurers, research and conservation organizations, and academic institutions around the world, as well as a diverse range of experts in a variety of legal, scientific and economic professions and many others.

The Group regularly communicates with key decision makers in US Departments and Agencies relative to natural resources issues. In Europe, Group is engaged in ongoing meetings and seminars with European Commission and Member State governmental authority representatives.

The Group has an active Affiliates program comprised of law firms, consulting firms and individual experts working with industry on natural resource stewardship risks, responsibilities and opportunities. We welcome new Affiliates.
